Many of us have spent years strengthening the parts of ourselves that know how to achieve, take care of others, stay in control and keep moving forward. We’ve gotten really good at doing, while becoming less connected to embodying the full spectrum of beautiful feminine and masculine energy that reside within our soul.

Sacred Feminine is a four-week journey exploring different aspects of feminine energy and how we can reconnect with them in our everyday lives.
