Last year, I was intuitively led to the “Peaceful Side” of the Smokies on a road trip, and I completely fell in love with the area. I spent my days driving through the mountains, sitting by the river, watching wildlife and exploring without really needing to be anywhere. I remember feeling so peaceful and grounded, but also completely alive and inspired. Before I even left, I knew I wanted to come back and bring a group here.

And that is how Reset & Remember came to life.

As one of the oldest mountain ranges on Earth, the Smoky Mountains truly feels ancient. Once one of the tallest mountain ranges on Earth, the mountains have now settled deep into the Earth, and so has their hundreds of millions of years of wisdom. When you’re in the Smokies, surrounded by the ancient rivers, mountaintops, forests and wildlife, there is an instinctive rememberance of our Divinity that occurs - through feeling more grounded, being able to actually hear our intuition, and even through dreams.

Imagine waking up in a cozy cabin tucked into the mountains, stepping outside into the cool morning air and having absolutely nowhere you need to rush to. Head out to your porch and sit in a rocking chair, breathing in the fresh mountain air and watch and feel the Earth come back to life in the midst of the rebirth of Spring.

We’ll spend our days outside as much as possible, exploring the Smokies, walking through the forest, spending time by the river and letting the energy of the mountains ground us. We’ll come together for workshops, meditation, Reiki and self development work that will help you release some of the things that have been weighing on you and create enough quiet to actually hear yourself again.

We’ll eat together, laugh together, explore together and end our nights around the campfire under the mountains.

The best way I can describe it is spiritual summer camp for adults.

My hope is that somewhere between the river, the mountains, the workshops, the adventures, and the campfires, you start to feel like yourself again — grounded, inspired, connected and excited about the life you get to go home to.

DAILY FLOW

FRIDAY — ARRIVE & CONNECT

Arrive at Little Arrow, settle into your cozy cabin, and take your first deep breath of Smoky Mountain air. Spend the afternoon exploring the property, walking by the river, relaxing by the pool, or simply enjoying the view from your porch.

That evening, we’ll share our first communal dinner before gathering around the campfire for an opening ceremony, introductions, and intention setting beneath the mountain sky.

SATURDAY — RESET & ADVENTURE

Wake up surrounded by nature and ease into the day with breakfast in your cabin and then head to the pavillion for gentle movement, meditation, and a self-development workshop.

That afternoon, guests can join an optional group trip to Tuckaleechee Caverns for an additional $30 per person. This is one of the two caves that inspired one of my channeled guided meditations on YouTube—a meditation many of you may have already experienced. We’ll have the opportunity to step inside the space, feel its energy for ourselves, and connect with the place behind the meditation.

Those who prefer to stay at Little Arrow can enjoy the trails, river, pool, hot tub, or quiet time in their cabins. Before dinner we will come together to make vision boards. We’ll end the day with a communal dinner followed by reflection, laughter, and connection around the campfire.

SUNDAY — HEAL, PLAY & EXPLORE

We’ll begin another beautiful mountain morning with movement and meditation, followed by a self-development workshop and restorative Reiki circle.

That afternoon, we’ll tap into our playful, intuitive sides with a Soul-Led Scavenger Hunt before enjoying free time to explore, relax, or connect with the group.

Before dinner Cass will host a Spirit Led Mediumship Event in the pavillion.

We’ll share our final communal dinner and gather around the campfire for an evening of stories, reflection, and Smoky Mountain magic.

MONDAY — REFLECT & RETURN

We’ll ease into our final morning with gentle movement and meditation before coming together for a heartfelt closing circle.

We’ll honor the connections we’ve made, reflect on what the mountains have shown us, and prepare to return home carrying a little more clarity, courage, and magic with us.
